Thank you so much for purchasing THE CONVERSATION CODE COURSE. You are about to see some big changes in your interview confidence and we're so excited about all you'll achieve because of this.

1. Programme Details

The Course is delivered online via our secure member portal. You will need a computer, tablet or smartphone with internet access, audio and video capability.
We take reasonable steps to keep the portal available at all times. However, online services sometimes can't be 100 % free from interruptions. In a case of an interruption, kindly let us know and we will swiftly be in touch with our providers to ensure you're back to a smooth course experience.

2. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

All videos, worksheets, text, graphics and other materials inside the Course (“Content”) remain our sole property. Purchasing the Course grants you a single, non-transferable licence for personal use only.
You must not copy, share, resell, upload or distribute any Content to third parties. Unauthorised use may result in legal action and an administrative fee.

3. Payment & Refunds

The Course fee is $37 (one-off). All prices include applicable taxes where required.
Because the Course is delivered in full at the moment of purchase, the fee is generally non-refundable.
However, we offer a 7-Day No-Questions-Asked Guarantee: if you complete every lesson and do not feel measurably more confident during your job interviews, email mo@confidentcareerpath.com within seven (7) calendar days of purchase for a full refund.

4. Your Responsibilities

You acknowledge that the Course provides education and guidance. Your results depend on your own effort, actions and implementation outside the Course.
You agree to keep your login details secure and not allow anyone else to access the Course under your account.

5. Communication

We will send all Course updates, receipts and notices to the email address you provide at checkout. Electronic communication satisfies any legal requirement that communications be in writing.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access without refund if you materially breach these Terms (e.g., share Course materials or abuse community spaces).
We may occasionally update these Terms. Continued use of the Course after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, loss of profits or business interruption arising from your use of the Course.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law.
If a dispute arises, you agree to attempt resolution with us in writing first. If unresolved, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Guarantees & Disclaimer

We believe in the value of the Course and will support you fully. Nevertheless, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Your success depends on many factors outside our control.
